Back when "Flying Was Fun" Alexandra Smythe and Cate Clarke were Flight Attendants with a Major International Carrier. Prior to Private Jets coming into vogue, Alexandra and Cate traveled in the First Class World, meeting and greeting the top celebrities, politicians who would become Presidents, nouveau riche, and yes the occasional Headline Grabbing Criminal in Handcuffs!

Arrington Vineyard's Viognier Spritzer

Ingredients:

12 whole strawberries

1 750-ml bottle of Arrington Vineyard's Vignier, chilled

3 cups chilled sparkling water

1 1/2 cups chilled tangerine juice

1 1/2 cups chilled pomegranate juice

10 fresh mint leaves

1 1/2 cups crushed ice cubes

2 unpeeled tangerines, sliced into thin rounds

Directions

1. Place strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in freezer for 3 hours.

2. Mix wine, sparkling water, tangerine and pomegranate juice in 12-cup pitcure.

3. Using fingers, crush the mint leaves and add to the wine and juice mixture. Add crushed ice and tangerine slices; stir.

4. Place a frozen strawberry in 12 wine glasses or tumblers. Divide the spritzer among glasses and serve.
