The School of Flaunt

Patricia Seymour Cline's Salmon Salad!

Category: Salads  |  Permalink

Published: Friday, February 25, 2011

Good morning ladies! Here is my favorite salad to prepare for either lunch or dinner. It's tasty AND nutritional! Please feel free to post to your food blog.

Grill salmon filets thoroughly; while these are grilling, prepare a bed of greens (I prefer baby spinach greens); add cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and thin slices of onions and peppers (red or green); add the grilled salmon to the salad bed, sprinkle with sunflower seeds and raisins. This doesn't require salad dressing, but I tend to add a bit of chipotle ranch dressing on top.

Enjoy this healthy, colorful, meal!

Patricia Seymour Cline

Indeed we will and thank you, Patricia.
